I started practicing immigration law in 2011. Almost everyone who walks into our office is carrying the same thing — a family they don't want to be separated from, or a workplace and community that need someone to be able to stay. Behind every petition is a parent, a spouse, a child, a coworker. A real life waiting on an answer.

What I learned early is that immigration outcomes are rarely decided at the filing window. They're shaped much earlier, in the parts of a case nobody is tracking — laws that shift from one administration to the next, policy memos that quietly change how a benefit is adjudicated, agencies that don't talk to each other, and case types that touch USCIS, the State Department, ICE, and the immigration courts all at once. When something falls through those cracks, families pay for it with years apart from the people they love. So we built this firm to track the moving pieces ourselves, explain them in plain language, and tell every client honestly where they stand before we file a single page.

I'm the founder, but no one here works alone. Every attorney is an AILA member. Every paralegal is AILA-certified.
