Request Document Review
How long does Document Review take?
A licensed U.S. immigration attorney sends a written response within 24 business hours of payment (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific, excluding U.S. federal holidays), in English or Spanish, covering admissibility, completeness, and any red flags in the documents you sent.
What does Document Review cost?
$350 flat. Pricing is the same in English and Spanish, and the same regardless of how many documents you send.
What happens if you miss the deadline?
If we don't deliver a written response within 24 business hours, your payment is automatically refunded in full to the same card. No emails to write, no waiting on hold.
Is the review by a real attorney?
Yes. Every Document Review is performed by a licensed U.S. immigration attorney from Mendoza Immigration's in-house team. No paralegals, no AI-only review.
What kinds of documents can I send?
Petitions and supporting evidence (I-130, I-485, I-589, I-751, I-129F, I-130A, I-864, RFE responses), interview notices and prep packets, prior denials or NOIDs, USCIS receipts, employer letters, and translated/foreign-language records.
Is the review confidential?
Yes. Submissions are treated as confidential under the rules of professional conduct and become privileged once an attorney-client engagement is signed.
